Yesterday, Lilah started a new daycare in Ellicott City.  She had a rough morning with the new people but once she woke up from a long nap, she had a lot of fun there.  She has two new words in her repertoire: thank you.  Later during the day, when one of the children at day care commented how Lilah did not have teeth, she crawled over to her and smacked her leg and Lilah had a look on her face like “hey I got teeth”.  Lilah’s ear is looking better and we have a follow-up/9 month check-up appointment on Friday.  When we got home, she slept a while but she woke up in a good mood.  She had dinner at 5:30 (sweet potatoes and snacks) and we had fun at the grocery store with Daddy and Mommy.  When we made dinner for ourselves, she decided she wanted to eat with us so she ate half my grilled cheese sandwich and drank some water out of my cup.  She is really becoming a big girl and trying to do big girl things.
